OK. Some of you are acting like you have no idea, so here is the answer to the question, "What Are Man Boobs?".
The answer is just what it seems. Some men, even man who are not super overweight, have what appears to be breasts. Not strong pecs, but soft "boobs" that tend to stick out a little and look very feminine.
Yes, you can get rid of them when you know what to do. But that is what they are. Just what you thought, huh?
